Another one of those Car Accident Claim Crap! I love the way they ask their questions in a leading manner. I.E. "You were involved in a car accident, is that rright". Seriously!!!! Are they not meant to know before calling? Next time I think I ll say yes and lead them down the garden path! Anyway, don t answer; they re dodgy!

I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. The guy just went straight into a script, no explanation of why he was calling or what the company were about. I put the phone down, "Grants" and Windows were mentioned.
