This line of numbers ( 01614646xxx) is mostly reported to be used for fake PPI telemarketing, so be aware... I can see at leat 4 numbers from the same range reported here with the same problem, people be really aware of this, if you pick it up double-check all info you provide them with...01614646170, 01614646171, ... all the same call centre.
SCAM - Was sent a security code from O2 then recieved a call from the above number about 15 minutes after. I had already rung o2 to confirm with them if there was any suspisous activity and then i changed all security details.
They are calling our telephone number in excess of 10 times a day -each time using a different tel number. East time we receive a call we ask that our number is removed from their calling list but they refuse to remove it. We have made it very clear that we don t want their calls.
