I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO. If you do they will, no doubt, get access to your account. I put a block on the call number via my mobile phone provider and sent an email to the bank's security dept informing them of the scam.
Total waste of time, space and breathable air .... also whoever the female was that spoke was very rude / ignorant.

Just had a call from 01952 241140 - when I answered they took a few seconds to respond, suggesting a call centre. Claimed to be from Microsoft and wanted me to confirm I was the owner of this computer (I was on the phone not the computer but hey...) I confirmed it and then he asked the same question again but used my name. I confirmed it again and he hung up! Not sure what it was about but very wary.
Asian sounding lady just repeating "hello" over and over. Not an actual message and not from a number that is known to me. Also I don t know any Asian ladies, more s the shame. Therefore, must be a bogus call, so I will be blocking.

They sent me a message saying they’re from Three and I needed to fill update my billing information in order to not get ‘cancelled’, which is a bit odd since I use a Pay-as-you-go. They sent me a link to some authentic-looking website but with a suspicious URL.

Phone call from someone claiming to be called Alex Ferguson slight foreign accent offering refund on washing machine insurance and asking for bank details to check repayment we have not payed insurance on our washing machine.
