Claimed to be an energy advisor from my postcode area, when asked what postcode that was he repeated himself, when asked again what postcode that was he hung up! Call was from Bournemouth, no where near my postcode!
have received several calls today with no person at the other end. I wrote this number down on the last call. I assume it is some sort of 'dialer' with an operator not ready to take the call when I answered. Annoying!!!

Think it’s a SCAM but didn’t listen for long enough to be 100% sure. An extremely thick accent that couldn’t speak very good English claiming to be from BT talking about problems with Internet access and slow connection.

I ve just been called by this number, when I picked up the call, there was no sound, no answer, so I ended the call, then got a withheld number calling literally a minute later, which went to voicemail (the message was unintelligable). Then a minute later I got an SMS to my mobile from 08447362490 asking them to call back on that number. Searching that number indicates it s from Link Financial Outsourcing, a debt collection company.

Just had call from a guy from this number asking me about my life insurance. Told him not to call my number again he replied I will call this number every day of your life told him I would make a complaint he replied I will call you tomorrow at 6pm told him not to call ever again as it s cold calling., he replied it s not cold calling I am warm He was aggressive and said I was stupid. The polite man with a Middlesbrough accent said my name was on the database and that it was possible that I was due money back from finance or credit in the past 10 years. Knowing that I have never had any insurance or anything connected to loans etc, I knew he was just fishing - so suggested this and he put the phone down. How he got my number is a mystery

The company is known as go4ukloans , they call you to tell you that you have been approved for loan that does not exist as they are not loan company but bunch of people who scam people to take money of them. They will ask you to make the first payment of your loan for the loan to be sent in your bank. Don t believe them. Don t send them any money !!
