Scam, pretends they are phoning from Amazon but have a call-spoof that makes it look like it comes from a London number. Google search of the number reveals only a scam in India. Thick Indian accent claimed my Amazon Prime video account was being abused (I don't have Amazon Prime video). Without me giving them a single detail, I asked for the name on the account and he said John something and that proved that this was a scam. Amazon don't ring and give the name of the account holder when asked. SCAM, FRAUD.

Do not give them your DOB or any other details, apparently it may be a scammer watch out. Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them.

Obviously untrue considering the fact that it is almost impossible to talk to someone at HM Revenues &Customs who has some responsability and knows about taxes and rules, so why should they send you someone to prosecute you for sonething they don't even understand themselves.
