Told me I would be receiving a letter about a refund of over £1000, told him "sure I am" and I hung up. Now blocked the number.
This is a scam caller. They are using a VPN (Virtual Phone Number) to hide their true identity. Could be calling from anywhere or any country.
SCAM Automated message informing me my (unamed) bank had stopped the £600 transfer to Western Union from my card. Stopped listening at that point and blocked.
