Said I had been using his WIFI in an aggressive tone and how had I got his password. I stated I hadn’t and did bye
deffinitely eon complaint resolution, i have an ongoing complaint so its 100% them
saying they are from talktalk and they have "detected problems with my router". Every time they ring the number changes slightly so you can t tell they ve rung before. I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.

SCAM Very stern and meanacing sounding man who introduced himself as an 'officer' said my national insurance number (UK) had been suspended due to some repeat offences. He then invited me to speak to another 'officer' if I pressed '1'. I burst out laughing and ended the call. Remember no Government Department will call you in this way.

My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. My husband has unfortunately been duped by this company - Clearview partnership. Started with hard sale on Carbon emmisions and he unfortunately has since gone on to invest large sums of money in gems and oil. Portfolio of investment was supposed to go to auction Dec 13. Bellends rang this morning on a bank holiday. When I answered, it seemed to ring at their end then their was a slight pause after which I could hear some background noise like it was a call-centre before it was terminated.
