This number has called me twice a month for at least a year. In my job, I can't take calls during the day so always ignore it. Today they called quite late so I answered. Man asked me if I knew about PBA accounts and who did I bank with. I put the phone down and blocked.

Fed up of been given run around by this Company. Claim not worth what they say it is. Cannot get back initial outlay of £495. The fact that different folks pay different amounts up front make this well dodgy. Taking them to court and reporting to ombudsman. dont think ombudsman can help?? anyone used ombudsman to get it sorted? if so how long did this take?
