This is a Care for the elderly/disabled for help within the home. Phoned me to set up care for my father.
Well spoken gentleman claimed to be an organisation concerning loft fibreglass Insulation possibly causing damp. Asked what age group I was from. The more the questions were asked about visiting my home to inspect my loft the more I became suspicious when he paused when I said I prefer to be contacted in writing so I know the organisation was genuine or not. He replied I can get my manager to call you back. I declined and said no thanks I don't feel right about who you are. Possibly dangerous!

Took call from man with strong Liverpool accent saying he was calling from tenant association about the damp in my property, he then went on to give my home address and to tell me he could help with my issues.
