Try to get you to look at the worth of your pension. Very persistent. When you try to call them back you get music played in your ear then automatically disconnected. Staff accuse you of shouting at them and talk over you as you try to talk to them. Bad customer service.

This number calls me on a regular daily basis, at least 3-4 times a day trying to get me to take out a loan etc given I am in financial difficulty this is very upsetting

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - surveys, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8438707xxx range... People don't fall for it. Did someone answer any number of this range?

Getting calls from 45637292 saying that they are Social Services & that your PPS number has been used, has to be a fraud as the department of social services are non-existent on a Sunday, Ireland is bilingual when asked to speak in Irish they failed to do so please do not give any personal details to con artists.
