This company seems to target frail and elder people claiming to be acting on behalf of a creditor to collect payments, they ask for bank account details. This is a scam

I had a recorded voice telling me that my IP address had been compromised and was going to be disconnected and asking me to press 1 so that they could ask me some questions. I did this and was connected to a call centre where I was I asked why I had called. I explained and said that I was deeply suspicious of a scam and they hung up. The recording called again and I searched for anybody else who had this happen, but I could find no reports.
