I blocked this number on my phone only to get called by a very similar number a little while later, its outrageous how personal information is given freely between organisations.
Had a missed call from this number, so thought I d check before I was tempted to call back.
Nuisance call. trying to get as much info out of you as possible so they can fill in the blanks and steal your identity or some other high end fraud. Don't answer just BLOCK then them straight away.

A man called me as The Boiler protection Network. He made out that I was getting a discount on my home serve plan due to no claims. He knew some of my information, somewhat insistent for me to give my card details saying its the way to reduce my policy rate. I thought for a moment and said I will not give my card details over the phone so he said he would not reduce my rate. he was so pushy and abrupt it aroused my suspicions so I said could not find my card and had visitors.
