Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. Called but left no message. The telephone number relates to the JCUH at Middlesbrough and I believe the call is to remind patients of an appointment at the hospital. When I phoned it back I was told to ring 01642 850850.

Had an automated cll from this number stating it was Lloyds bank fraud prevention and I should either press ‘1’ or call them back. The voice also read out my full name correctly. I thought this was unusual but I hah had difficulty in using my Lloyds card around 30 minutes earlier in Sainsburys. This number does not appear to be the correct Lloyds fraud number at all. Be wary

Continuely ringing and no reply when answer.
Constantly phoning my mobile up to 4 times per day for the past week, stating i am entitled to claim PPI on finance i have had in the last 12 years, when i said i have never had any finance, he said well 12 to 20 years then, and i said i don t think you have any idea what age i am !!! However i continued to ask them to stop calling me and all he did was continually speak over me and i hung up the phone and just before i did i said i was going to be contacting the police.
