SCAM - Just had a call saying they were contacting me about upgrading my phone, so I wasn't best pleased about being disturbed when I'm not feeling well with a very heavy cold. Scam, pretends they are phoning from Amazon but have a call-spoof that makes it look like it comes from a London number. Google search of the number reveals only a scam in India. Thick Indian accent claimed my Amazon Prime video account was being abused (I don't have Amazon Prime video). Without me giving them a single detail, I asked for the name on the account and he said John something and that proved that this was a scam. Amazon don't ring and give the name of the account holder when asked. SCAM, FRAUD.
I thought that I would not receive these sort of calls having paid to have calls vetted!!
