Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.
SCAM, automated voice saying we have received two transactions on your bank account, funny how it’s always a payment to Amazon and an international bank transfer, for same amounts as last four times they’ve called. TOTAL SCAMMERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO BLOCK.

Fraud Caller had a strong accent and spoke poor english. There was a lot of background noise as you would expect from a call centre. Asked to speak to my husband but did not mention his first name. Indian man, after giving an English name,says he is calling from BT Technical Dept.I know that there is no such Department within the BT organisation!!I said goodbye and put the phone down!!
