Probably building to a scam, claimed to be BT a UK telephone provider investigating illegal activity on my internet, when I inquired as to who might be doing illegal things the caller suggested probably foreigners! The call was made at 7am in the morning to a private number, land line and one only known to family members.

SCAM This looked like a local number BUT it was a recorded message purporting to come from Amazon about a sizeable sum taken from my account for an order and to press 1 if it wasn't me who made the order. Needless to say I hung up without pressing any numbers.

SCAM Warning asks you to enter bank card or account details and name. They text you and pretend you have missed a parcel (no information is given about the parcel.) then ask for postcode (any postcode you enter always comes up with same page about try to delivery today at 11:23.) the asks for personal data name address birth date and then ask for a small fee for redelivery and ask for bank card and bank account details.
Vision Care, left a message wanting to speak to a Mrs Haq about an appointment. If it was a genuine call they have the wrong number. Could have been from a call centre, I could hear other people in the background... marking this caller as SPAM

I had a call last week from a different phone number ( sorry I didn’t save it) telling me that I was having a problem with my Apple Mac and I needed to switch it on and follow the directions that were given to me giving them remote access to my computer and information I believe that this is connected so please be careful
I also got scammed paid 254 and the date got cancelled. I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Have reported them but bank cannot trace money as it was a direct transfer. I have attempted to contact the kylefiles because he investigates rogue traders. Scam caller, called me from different numbers every day for about two weeks. All new numbers that aint yet on sites like this. They are called lifestyle living or something like that. Just want to ask your 3 questions Sir... So I instead gave him 3 words. I got caught off guard about 3-4 years ago and answered there questions. SCAM - Didn't get full story. After the Automated Voice said my card was showing debits, I cut the call.
A call from Carphone warehouse, using a LOCAL code - ie - 01324 trying to deceive you into thinking it s a local call. You answer, and it s OBVIOUSLY a CALL Centre (by all the noise in the background) and on questioning the guy, is clearly NOT in the Falkirk area. This type of local call is being used more and more.
