Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20813338xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre reporting as Traffic Management - usual PPI / road accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

We have been receiving a large number of calls since last Wednesday from various scared and vulnerable people thinking this is true. We have now had to change our phone number to stop the calls. Claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse offering me great deals on mobile contracts and phone with a very strong Indian accent. I let him babble on and on and when he's finished, I let him repeat the details by asking further questions. After that I told him that I'll get my mistress to go through the details and call back. He then gave me a number to call back which was 02036951143 together with his 'Agent ID'. I see that 02036951143 is another of these scamming numbers. Scammers!

This is a scam! Company purporting to be "microsoft" want to gain control of your computer to extort monet from you. DO NOT admit you have a computer! DO NOT turn on any computing device until you have ended the call! Tell the caller they are a LIAR - they usually become abusive when you insist they cannot be from "microsoft".
