Very slick, found out where my child goes and said 'headmaster will call you yo thank you'......then start pressurising payment over the phone and calling back daily. More needs to be done to shut these types of scammer down!!!

This seems to be a scam, someone pretending to be someone's child, saying 'Hi Mum, this is my new number. My phone doesn't turn on on anymore so now you can text and call me on this number'. My child would not write like this. Please be aware.

Clearly a scam - but impressive - even left a voice mail. DO NOT press 1 as the call suggests. The threatening message is clearly fraud. Why oh why can't the phone companies do something about these? Because they don't care...

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. Poor line quality, strong foreign accent. Claimed to be from SKY and had detected "slow internet" on my connection which they could fix at no cost. When I replied that I didn't have any problems, immediately hung up.
