Indian sounding man not very clear ,said he was from BT and was working on the internet asked if it had been slow , then asked me to do something with the internet ,was not understood by me so said , no and put the phone down. Checked number, rang it back ,unavailable ,probably scammers

Got a call from this number this morning. Allegedly from my Bank. It’s a scam do not respond.

Said it was calling about a banking transaction. I believe it to be a scam call.

Unsure but a recorded voice will tell you that there is a serious case against you and that you must respond otherwise you will get your National Insurance cancelled. I suggest you hang up immediately and block the number.

Amazon Prime scam.

SCAM purportedly from your bank stating that the fraud department has noticed two fraudulent transactions on your account, the first from Amazon in the sum of £700 didn’t need to listen to the second one. My bank do not use a Manchester address and certainly wouldn’t use a pre recorded message.BEWARE

"Two debits to your ???? account, one £300 from Amazon, the other from an overseas authority... both look suspicious, press 1 to approve payment, or 2 to talk to us". It is an automatic voice that claims to be from "your bank" saying it has suspicious activity - asking you to click a button to verify or speak to someone. I hung up. I presume it's a scam as it doesn't say which bank, and the transactions I don't recognise (and we haven't lost our card etc.) Fraud Banking

SCAM - Caller knew my name and claimed to be from housing association. Given that others have answered and left comments after being told it is a accident claim company, it is safe to assume this is a scam.
