Not actually O2 but a company making it sound like they are from O2, they are just trying to get you to upgrade. Tell them you will call 202 from your handset and upgrade with a O2 representative directly and not to an unknown number

Nuisance Silence phone call all the time when i pick it up they put the receive down at the other end.

I rang this number back its 1st call group. Did google search, it's a PPI selling group. Looks dodgy. The times they call are not normal business hours.

Indian person saying they’re from [indistinguishable] asking how I was, I said I was fine thanks and asked how they were. They proceeded to say they have a deal with Vodafone and blah blah blah. I have a trueCall installed for my mother best investment ever!!! She has had 41 calls from this number since July. Coincidently, or possibly not, this number started calling after she replied to an advert in the local paper for a free hearing aid. Since replying to the advert here unsolicited calls have gone up from 40 to 80 a month. All blocked fortunately.
