I received a call from this number, I didn t recognize it, so I didn t answer and checked them out on here.......no one was hurt in the making of this comment

Need to know who this is

I rang back and the company refused to accept my call on the basis that I withheld my number - obviously whoever it is has something to hide.

They are called Swift Insolvency Solutions. They help get people out of debt. Stop the bailiffs and nasty letters. Worth a look at if you're struggling financially.

Obtained my details inc address following a small car accident. Gave me some story about the other guy putting in a claim for whiplash and said I could also claim. I told them ( after a fair few discussions) that I simply had no claim to make whatsoever. When I was put through to a "Senior Claims Manager" I told him the same. Next Step. They have called countless times with these two numbers. Today I choose to answer. A lot of the information they have got about me is wrong, I didn t correct them. I am to expect some paperwork in the next few days which I will return to sender at their cost. Also, I have blocked the numbers.

Back again, they phoned my mobile yesterday and today my landline. Local garage had my contact numbers 2 years ago when I bought a car. In the past has just been postal advertising. The number is in Runcorn so misrepresentation of fact! Answered the phone with what are you selling, told them not to phone again as I don t want to buy a car. Must be a call centre in Runcorn, annoyed that local garage has sold or is using contact details for reasons beyond the original sale!!!

Caller hung up when I tried to verify who they were. The phone number is listed by Ofcom as not valid, so must be criminals.

Looks like no one but no one has a good word to say about Binachi or its miserable family, and that includes me. Even his staff ridicule them when they do deliverys. Some even take a kick back to recommend other firms even if there more expensive. Aint it true mooooreeen
