Incoming call at 14:19 18:05:17 as a BT text message It s a poor recorded message, the caller voice is female it states that the call is from the HMRC and advised that you should contact your solicitor or legal advisor and then goes on to threatens legal action if you fail to call back advising not ignore this call. I called back the number after obtaining it from 1471 caller service the caller’s number was 0116-304-0838 which I called back and challenged the validity of the caller who stated he was from

Automat Had a call from this number today. It was automated, and stated that a warrant has been issued for my arrest for tax evation. Had to laugh, as I don't pay tax as I am retired. For anyone who believes these calls, it can be very worrying.

SCAM Said they were from BT Openreach, when I asked for a number to call back on they started giving me an 087 number When I said that I don't call those numbers as they cost on my tariff, magically they terminated the call Scumbags
I urge everyone to complain to ofcom and the claims management regulator https://www.gov.uk/government/groups/claims-management-regulator The company is the accident support network and they also go by the name of media tactics. I would just like to inform people about this phone number. They keep ringing me everyday, probably 3 to 4 times a day. I can not block the number, so i just ignore it. It is now getting seriously beyond a joke. It is starting to Depress me and give Angxiety issues. I would just like it to stop. It appears to only be a Italian Take Away based in Crawley. this number rang me asking if I wanted a lone. I have had several calls from this number. I asked them to remove my number fro there calling list and the phone was out down on me.

They ring up every week asking if you?ve updated your gas and electric meters to smart meters. I have with another company but if I say that they go on to ask about who it?s with etc. Don?t know about trustworthiness or not because I?ve never heard of their company other than them calling me. Said they were from AA Drainage, offering me a reduction on my yearly cover + a free drain scan, I said I don’t have cover with them, never answered me but kept on about this wonderfull offer, pressed him again about my cover as I’m with the gas board for my drains cover (never told him this though) again he went on about the offer, then hung up. Although their is a company named AADrainage in the East of Scotland I feel this call is not from them, therefore a scam to get money out of people. The number 02

A text apparently from HSBC saying a payment was attempted from a new device, if this wasn’t me, go online to hs-payee-bankingonline-supportalert.com/login/. I didn’t open the link. Not only that, it’s a company credit card and they don’t have my personal telephone number. So obviously a scam.

Im from Sweden and live here. I recently got a call from this phonenr. I asked who it was and she said her name was Martina. Its not the first time I have getting calls from UK, but when I answered the other times it was just silent, then they hang up on me. So I suspect this is a fraud. Really annoying aswell. And I dont know how they got my number, cause its not registered anywere.
CAlled on 001463718462 @10 .03 20th March . No-one spoke but background noise sounded like a call centre. Then a male voice uttered two words "fuck off". Without the double 00 this would be an Inverness number (where I live) with a single ZERO but the double 00 makes it probably from anywhere in the world, So I'lll call it dangerous but "nasty" might be a better description.
How do you get around the cold calling laws? Well have a "life style survey" so you can tell them all the things you can be scammed by....
