THIS IS A SCAM CALLER. Says he is from BT Openreach but the phone number is Horizon Blinds in Elgin. When I questioned him he used the word federal whicj of course is not used in the UK. Beware of people phoming from this number. I told him he should be ashamed of himself and hung up.

This number just called. I do not answer the phone nowadays as I am feeling harassed by unwanted callers. If somebody leaves a message and I know who it is I know where I am. I get this number calling me at home and on my iPhone. I do not call back and there is no message. Didn t answer the call and came here to check the number. Lots of these apparently foreign numbers are actually originating in the UK by using software diallers that mask the caller s true location.As other posters suggest, a good rule of thumb is - if the number looks suspicious it probably is.
