They asked if they could sniff my ring to which I duly obliged, what a service! Also, it is ironic that these numbers are ambulance chasers yet the adverts on this site are for injury claims?! Crooks, crooks the lot of them!

I panicked when I saw a comment about being a scam call. This is virgin customer service centre. I rang the number to pay end of contract after cancelling direct debit I have checked it out with another call to 0345 number!!!

This is a major scam. Foreigners claiming to have common names I.e Robert and David Jones. Luckily they only took £80 from me but with Christmas just around the corner I could have done without losing it. I have reported the matter to my bank, the bank for the account which they are using and action fraud. Hopefully these scum bags will be caught and every one will get their money back.

This number is a legitimate business - Home Shield Direct. They sell insurance for various white goods. I have cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer covered. Had them out to fix all three appliances at various times and service was excellent. So absolutely NOT a scam.
