Indian lady claiming to be from British Telecom. Really wanted to get us in front of a computer. We called BT about this first and they've said they know nothing about this. Most likely a scammer trying to target companies that have BT contract.

This is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are more similar numbers reported (all 020347608xx - just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. All of them are used for some kind of telemarketing (sometimes also cold calling), seems to be working for non-profit organizations (Cancer Research UK and similar), but in fact nuisance. People did someone answer this number?

A PPI company representative who phoned me with a cold call told me that VERVE MEDIA, LONDON sell contact lists to other PPI claim companies when I challenged him about being contacted.
