This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I answered the phone to get a recorded message 'from BT' saying my land line and internet were about to be disconnected. As I don't have a landline or BT internet I hung up. According to Google BT never make such calls.
