Caller started to ask about an all inclusive holiday I had supposedly had in past 2 years. I had another call on hold as I didn't know the number and wanted to make sure it wasn't something important. When I stopped the girl and explainied that I had another call on hold and I couldn't take her call she said "what did you do that for?" and hung up! - cheeky scouse bi*ch. If I could be bothered I would ring back and complain but easier to block.

Agree with previous commenters. I purchased guttering from them about 10 years ago. Only used them because they had a very long warranty. I also got them to quote for a kitchen about 5 years ago as, they claimed that I would get a preferential discount as I was an existing customer. They were quoting i.r.o. £15K at the time and other reputable companies were between £6K and £9K. Guess which quote I eventually went with? They call me every day around about 1130. Sometimes once, sometimes a couple of times.. No one ever says anything, it just cuts. this is 100% EDF Energy. The last time they called, whoever was calling kept me on hold for a few seconds and I could hear his/her colleague reading a sales script "Thank you for choosing EDF Energy, I just need to read out blah blah blah"...
