Was apparently regarding an 'accident'. Caller stated abruptly "when did you have your accident?" before I even fully answered. I said to them I didn't catch what they said, "We're calling to confirm your accident?", to which I said "No. No accident". They said "Okay bye" and abruptly hung up. "Virgin Media Technical Support", telling me that there was an infection on my router, tried to get me to run the ASSOC command - this is a well-known introduction for a scammer to convince his mark that there is a computer problem. In fact, ASSOC will do nothing useful at all - they will then want you to install a remote control program so they can "fix" your computer, whereas what will happen is that they will steal your details, banking etc., and/or install ransomware which locks you out of your computer
