According to this number (recorded message) I am on their database as someone who has experienced an accident/medical negligence. As i never have, i can only conclude that this is cold calling and as i am TPS registered, this is illegal.

2nd call to landline in 10 days (1st differed by last 2 digits -15). I answer, it beeps then silence (same both times). Local area dialling code but that's no proof of locality these days. Unknown if scam but known as nuisance at any rate.
