He asked me to confirm if I was Mrs A............. of my address. Saying he had a message to call about the insurance on my house. I said I did not know who he was and he said is that Mrs A of my address again and that he had just started work but it was given to him by a previous colleague. Absolutely wrong. I just hung up.
