Person advised they were calling about PPI, I advised this was a business number and requested that it be taken off their list, they agreed and we said goodbye, all nice and amicable, no need for shouting or rudeness. Called claiming to be from Claims Advice Centre regarding an accident I had been involved in. Very rude and aggressive when I pressed on which particular company they were with as that was not one I knew and had been involved with. Eventually when they sensed I was not going to disclose any details he told me he was finishing the phone call :-)
