Said I could verify they were telling the truth and could resolve if I had a PC to access my unique number. Told him it wasn't possible (no PC in the house) and he said if I wouldn't 'try' then 'do I want my internet disconnected'. Not exactly how even BT would speak to their customers. He finished with 'I'm gonna do what I have to do, as I'm paid to do it'. No idea who this was or what
