Automated voice call asking if you have been involved in a recent car accident. Then you get put through. I asked for my number to be removed from their database, the chap said "Yes I could do that, but I'm not going to" then said something abusive and hung up
They call themselves the accident advice centre , They have been hassling us for months . my son had an accident in his car and since then all we have had are numerous daily calls , Despite telling them to f off the keep on ringing .They get very aggressiv

This is a company called Secure Homecare Ltd, trading as 247 Assist. They purport to provide homecare services such as pendant alarms etc. Once they have an elderly persons phone number they ring regularly, approxiately once every 2 months and sell a further item - usually in the region of about £135- £150.00. We were able to obtain a refund for the last one sold completely unecessarily to my mother - it took about a month to get a refund. We asked them to ensure that they removed details from their databas
