Have seen different reasons of individual calls, just be aware that one number used by the same call centre can be after short period of time used for another purpose. Thought it was strange as it felt fishy. Phoned Domestic and General who said it wasn't them so now we are covered by two companies. Now trying to get some money back from Domestic Assure. Shouldn't have given bank details but they knew about our machine so convincing.
