This is a scam - they advertise a 'free' trial and then use the details you provide to cover postage, to take money from your account. They refuse to provide an address
when is this system going to be updated to cope with the fact that displayed and 1471 numbers are not reliable? This number called me at 09:30 on a bank holiday and followed the usual fake call centre routine of no-one there to start with then suddenly burst into life (and I hung up beofre hearing what they had to say). I don't believe for one minute it was the genuine BFM office, they would have no reason to phone me even during normal working hours. Faked number!

Fraud Attempting to gain banking details, after stating there had been unusual activity on my bank account. Insurance - they are insurance brokers. Can't remember their name. I was their customer 2 years ago but then found out from another broker (when I switched life policy) what they promised me will never going to happen, like having life policy till age of 80 etc., so seems they are set on selling only, not advising correctly. A bit pushy to just review your circumstances, to keep you on the line. Said politely to the lady I'm not interested in doing a review, that I'm working and not having time for this
I received a call from this number from an automated system telling me that my debit card had been used for unrecognised transactions and to press 1 to authorise or 2 to speak to my bank. My suggestion is that you do as I did and ignore it.

I had a call this afternoon apparently from this number 08000234567, which I know is the number of the Financial Ombudsman's Office, when the caller said he was from the fraud dept of my bank. I had called the Financial Ombudsman earlier in the day on that number. It did not feel right and when I challenged the caller he put down the phone. Somebody may be able to pick up the numbers of those who have called the FOO? I will tell the FOO by email as their phone system takes too long to get through!
