Someone keeps calling me from this number (01702785185). How did they get my number and why are they calling me.

A male with Indian accent called at 10:20am, this morning, after 15 seconds of nothing , he said "I am calling about Your computer", At which point I told him to go away in four words, and put the phone down Dam scammers, the number is now blocked .
Getting calls from this number about 6 -7 times daily for the last 4 weeks. I don't answer, but it's very annoying especially when I am waiting for urgent personal calls.
