Potential Fraud/Spam/Scam. They were asking to do a survey on energy savings (government scheme?) to see how windows/insulation are in my home. Said I was not interested, but since they called me by my name I asked where they got it from and she said from the Energy Saving Database. ???? what database is that? When I further enquired she said they will mark me as having received it and hang up without further discussion. Trying to dial the number does not even connect.

Safe number - NHS LOTHIAN – It’s a generic number that all appointment/surgery offices for the RIE, WGH, Astley Ainsley, Liberton, Chalmers, Lauriston etc hospitals all around Lothian use when trying to contact patients. Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated - all the same range) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing. Did someone answer any number of this range?
