Called 7 times today.missed 6 as i was busy. Answered 7th call. They asked for James someone. Told them no one here by that name (genuinely isnt!) She then said "to who am i speaking" so i told her "none of your business, please dont call again" and hung up. Only answered as im expecting a call and dont know what number theyll be ringing from! Will be blocking this number now. Thank god phones have that ability now!

Had a phone call of this number an old lady sounded distressed then hung up. I called back and she said one word then hung up. I called back 2nd time and a man picked up and said no nothing ghen hung up. Strange!

Rang me a few times, asked me to confirm my address and date of birth, told them that I didn’t give that information out over the phone, they said they would write me a letter but have never received one, then they seem to be texting me once a month asking to call them with a ref number, I don’t see the point if they can’t tel me what it’s about over the phone, they say they want your address for security reasons, and I say I’m not willing to give them details out for security reasons, and so It continues,

We had to contact trading standards because they (coastal windows) wouldn t stop harassing my elderly parents by phone. They had to make a police report and Trading Standards paid them a visit to warn them off. If they harass you, report it as if you tell them to stop they have to by law.
