SCAM. Apparently from Sky - asked a number of questions re number of lights on / colour of lights on router (gave stupid answers as i have at least one of these calls a day). They wanted to access my computer to show me the problems i had been having - said needed permission from the company i worked for to access (asked if i had my own to which i said no), they then hung up.
I ve just call back and this is Unicef .. i think the voice was saying too :if you dont want us to call back again please call this number... i hang off before the end..But just to confirm it s Unicef..
Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435507xxx range... People did someone answer this number?
