The address of the property was totally wrong, I know how they got the address and linked it to our name but there is no way that Eon would be charging us bills for that address Absolute bullsh!tter. Dangerous, hang up, blcck.

Had a couple of calls from these guys now, they describe themselves as a crime prevention unit but are nothing more than an advertising company, after 10 mins of them telling me they needed my help to name and shame illegal tradesmen I asked if they were anything to do with the police or actual crime prevention at all, at that point the guy got a bit nasty and I ended the call.
