Rang my mobile, asking for my wife s first name (only used in correspondence, so suspicious number sold on) and claimed to be from an outfit called Claims Inclusive. When pressed as to why they were calling this number, caller said only that it was a call for a customer and then hung up. We re not and never have been customers. Ignore this number.

We ve been unable to locate the phone number you have entered. This is a genuine number from santander fraud team. I was suspicious of the number so I rang it and explained I felt it was a scam and the advisor told me to ring the number on the back of my card which I did. And the fraud team confirmed that the text message was genuine and was from santander.
Caller saying they are Solicitors and they’ve got the record of the recent claim. Probably found the telephone number from the advert I am selling my car privately at the moment, so had the details of the make and model correct.
Calls about 10 times a day but never talks.
