They were insistent that they would set me up a cheaper repair contact than others but couldn't send me the paperwork until they had my bank details. On phoning back the number I get an automated message saying they called earlier for marketing purposes but were unable to contact me. Seems they just don't want to be contacted.

I only found out about it due to a different investigation regarding “crossed lines” or someone basically listening in on my calls! Not only were they listening to calls but seemed to know who I was, this by quoting my full name before the call connected. I ONLY ever phone anonymously! ...we shall see...
