One number out of an influx of numbers calling me and hanging up - scamming Paki bastards in scam call-centres routing their calls through unused UK phone numbers to pretend that they're legitimate companies to try and fish for your personal details and use them for fraud. This call was at 7.23am from Amazon. Don’t have an account with them and didn’t appreciate the early disturbance.
We has an automated call from this number 01189668888 today claiming that our Amazon Prime subscription is about to expire. Don't understand how a taxi/minibus company would know this. We have never had an Amazon Prime account.

The person called about my sky broadband and ask me if I was living at a certain address. When I told her that I moved she said she will update her system but I told her to check with sky because they have my new address. Then she hang up.

No explantion or introduction of person texting me just recruitment manager no name or company.

Indian man who claimed to be from EE then claimed to be calling on behalf of all major mobile carriers and listed Virgin, O2, Vodaphone etc, demanded repeatedly my phone bill. Sounded hostile and claimed to be offering a 40% discount. The sound of chatter could be heard in the background. Block this number. The British government really needs to do more to safeguard citizens from whatever fraud they had planned.
