Sounds like a scam, automated call saying my national insurance number has been used in fraud and about boarder of wales. Tells me to press a number to find out more. I just hung up.
Saw the call was from Scotland, Scottish Power, I am leaving them and I keep receiving telephone calls, emails and texts from them, any more and I shall make a formal complaint as this is nothing but pestering with unwanted contact.

got a call from this number and on checking your site found it to be a SCAM company. Call from Lee today wanting to speak to Mrs Melville about some message left - it stunk of SCAM and I was quite questioning in my responses to him. He got the message from
This is a bogus caller, not Vodafone. When u call them back they do not answer Vodafone and the operator was stupid enough not to put me on mute, carrying on the conversation with another person asking them what to do if someone called them. He was very agitated and could not give his identifier number or base ID when challenged.
