I keep getting these messages off this number! They ring up late and don't speak

Received a call, but they hung up within a few seconds of me answering and without saying anything. I called the number back but the call was answered and immediately hung up.

Rang me four times today and twice yesterday ,I ve blocked it ,pain in the arse.

Again this no is still persisting ringing me up all day thursday and again non-stop today how can we stop this?

Very pushy but convincing girl at the end of the phone - said they were calling because I had entered a competition to win a trip to New York and so was eligible for ten free lines on Euro Millions. I just block all these numbers without answering

I ve been getting these car accident calls for about 10months, it s the same female voice each time. I ve previously tried reporting them to the TPS. Get them once-twice a week or every 1-2 months. Swearing at them seems to delay the next call.
