I have had several calls a day from this number in the past week on my mobile phone not landline .We are virgin customers but I have never answered. unfortunately unable to block.Really annoying they call all times of day and evening but I will never answer so hopefully in the end they will give up! If it really was Virgin I'm sure they would contact another way.

Apparently somebody tried to buy an iPhone for £400 but they blocked it and are trying to make sure this was me. They don’t know my name or anything. Potential Fraud/Spam/Scam. They were asking to do a survey on energy savings (government scheme?) to see how windows/insulation are in my home. Said I was not interested, but since they called me by my name I asked where they got it from and she said from the Energy Saving Database. ???? what database is that? When I further enquired she said they will mark me as having received it and hang up without further discussion. Trying to dial the number does not even connect.
