I am pretty sure this is a dangerous scam....Informing me not by any name, that they are from fraud team investigating my insurance number which has been suspended due to being stolen and used !!!!!!! Just had a call from this number, saying they were from the Debt Support Group and that I was due to reduce my outstanding payments on my debt!! When I told them that they were incorrect as I had no debt and I asked where they got my details from, they put the phone down. It really annoys me that these people have not got the decency to tell you where they received the information and give you the chance to ask them to remove your details from their database. Grrrrr!!!!

When you answer they know your name. Claim that insurance cover on your washing machine and freezer is coming to an end & they need to send your new policy documents...And at the same time they will send you details for a new D.D mandate., However before asking for your address they ask for your Bank Sort Code and Account Code. When you refuse to provide they turn snotty and say they can't complete the policy and close the call down. Clearly a SCAM to get your bank details and address
