I told them i have not been in a car accident and they simply hang up without even saying goodbye. however they continue to call me every day. if i don t answer they will call later, including evenings

Got a call today from some guy asking for me by name (which I didn t acknowledge - I never do.) I immediately asked who was calling to throw him off his spiel, unfortunately he mumbled his "company" which sounded like s&l legal? and immediately launched into his sales patter regarding the mis-selling of PPI. I let him ramble on for a few then interrupted him by saying I worked in the banking industry and could run rings round him with regards this. It is NOT 02 it is Phones 4 U calling as you are near/or due an upgrade. Email Phones 4 U and ask to be removed from the marketing database - this worked for me.
