Had a phone call from them today, as they would not tell me what the call was about I refused to give personal details about myself to then be told I was being aggressive and that they would continue to call. I ve asked for them to contact me by post in future.

find that they are only trying to fraud you any which way they can, making it look like a local number to seem genuine. reject the calls!!

Rang twice but nobody there. It interrupted my BT internet access both times, very annoying!! Later, a different number called and looked like a mobile number beginning with 077...

Received call from Indian sounding male, call centre environment. Said other people had been using my router. He did NOT ask to confirm my name address, account etc. I asked him many questions as I new it was a scam. He asked me to go to my computer. He said he could not send me an email to confirm who he was so I asked him to call back in half an hour whilst I ring BT to clarify who he is, he quickly put the phone down. Hi anyone who reads this regarding this nuisance number. I have just reported them to the ico (information commissioners office), google them, give them a call and report this number, when they get enough complaints they can take the company to court and fine them A LOT OF MONEY. Justice. They just need people to report them enough as evidence, they cannot work on individual cases.
