Carried out a survey on my Mum asking bank details, income into household, then asked if she would like to invest ?1000, con company taking advantage of elderly and vulnerable people, do not give out any personal information

Received text message claiming to be from Royal Mail as I refused to pay £2.99 with link to reschedule delivery. Did click on the link which was very stupid , ( I was expecting the parcel ) but nothing happened and no other details from me were asked . It was just a blank page. Don t answer!! Don t give any details!!! These people called my elderly mother saying that there was a claim for her vehicle insurance - absolute rubbish. Also the insurance is under my father s name so they basically got her mobile number from a database. Luckily I was here and took over the phone call where it became immediately clear that they were fraudsters. Being based in Haywards Heath and with an English telephone agent you d be forgiven for initially thinking that they were legit.

called me 4 times this afternoon everytime i told them i was tps registered. each tiem they just hung up as soona s i mentioned it. on the last one i held off telling them about the tps and made up gibberish answers to their ridiculous survey and told them i was 452 years old and then dropped the tps bomb. Company name said choose lifestyle.

My phone rang (from 01752 854247), I answered and said hello. A woman's voice said hello back. I said you called me and she hung up.

From RVA surveyors agressive selling saying they can get money off business rates don t tell you they trap you into costs when they find out they can t do anything. AVOID and call block!!
